Founder & Director
Rachiel is the operational heartbeat of the business, bringing structure, clarity, and a client-first approach to every project.
With over a decade of experience supporting directors, founders, and decision-makers at the highest level, she understands what it takes to run a business with precision — and what investors need to feel genuinely confident in where their money is going.
As the founder of Aide VA Ltd, a UK-based virtual assistant agency delivering high-level operational support across multiple industries, Rachiel has built her career on one core principle: that good communication and meticulous organisation aren't just nice to haves — they're the foundation of trust.
In her role here, Rachiel oversees the day-to-day running of the business, leads detailed property and financial research, and ensures every investor is kept fully informed and supported from first conversation to project completion.

While her husband brings the hands-on renovation expertise, Rachiel ensures the business behind the build runs seamlessly.
Her broad cross-sector experience means she brings fresh perspective and adaptable thinking to every challenge — whether that's identifying the right investment opportunity, managing complex logistics, or simply making sure no detail slips through the cracks.
Outside of work, Rachiel can usually be found with her dogs, out on a motorbike, or getting creative with a craft project — proof that the best operators know how to switch off as well as show up.
Ryan Bellamy
Founder & Director
Ryan is the driving force behind every renovation the business undertakes — and with over 20 years of hands-on experience across property, sales, and project management, investors and homeowners alike can trust that their asset is in exceptionally capable hands.
His career spans the full spectrum of the industry. Trained as a qualified carpenter and joiner, Ryan built his foundation in high-quality craftsmanship before progressing into senior leadership roles that combined his practical expertise with sharp commercial acumen.
That rare combination — knowing how a building works from the inside out, while understanding the numbers that make a project viable — is what sets him apart.

As Sales Director in the home improvements industry for a decade, Ryan led operations at two of the Midlands' most respected firms.
Ryan went on to manage a team of 25 within a leading Midlands stone fabrication and renovation business, overseeing factory operations and delivering full home renovation projects.
He later managed multiple kitchen showrooms, leading sales teams, coordinating trades and delivering high-end residential renovation projects to exacting standards.
Before that, he owned and operated his own kitchen sales business in Liverpool for five years — giving him the entrepreneurial grounding that underpins everything he does today.
Perhaps most telling of all, Ryan was ranked the number one sales consultant within a national home improvement network of more than 1,000 consultants.
It's the kind of achievement that speaks not just to ability, but to dedication, consistency, and an instinct for doing things the right way.
When he's not on-site or planning the next project, Ryan is a passionate sports fan — football, boxing, and Formula One are close to his heart — and values nothing more than time with family and a well-earned holiday.
